i learned that body language is very important in communications. in fact, 93% of communication is non-verbal. also, body language can affect whether or not a salesman can make the sale, as shown by an experiment with car salesmen. the salesman with a more confident smile and respect for the customer could have made an easier sale than the one with lower confidence in his voice and smile and an authority's posture. i had thought that chatting online was good enough for communicating, but now i know that it's not even half of it.
yeah..and it explained how the presidents tried to gain power by gestures. :)

ReplyDeleteBut yeah... the more naturally happy person would seem like the ideal choice to buy a BMW from. Wait... is that on purpose so that people spend more money on buying the BMW?
